Toughest Guy In Town

I wanted to do something for Utahraptor Week, and since Scott Hartman released his updated Utahraptor skeletal yesterday, well... This started out as a doodle and is somewhat exaggerated/cartoonish, but it was good to draw something other than sketches again. It's been way too long.
